Rikke Lind Andersson

Head Of Engagement - Teamleader at Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark

Rikke Lind Andersson has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Rikke Lind started their career in 2001 as a Project Manager at the Danish Red Cross. From there, they moved on to work as a Project Officer at the Australian Red Cross in 2002. In 2003, they joined MEC as a Sponsorship Manager, where they were responsible for developing the humanitarian and cultural sponsorship area.

In 2007, Rikke became the Head of Sponsorship at TV 2 | DENMARK A/S, where they were in charge of developing the sales organization and workflow processes between editorial and sales staff. From 2008 to 2009, they served as the Concept Development Manager at TV 2 Innovation.

Rikke further expanded their expertise by working as an Independent Consultant from 2010 to 2013. During this time, they undertook various communications, fundraising, strategy, and project management projects for clients such as MEC Access, ActionAid, and Unilever Sweden.

In 2013, Rikke joined Kulturministeriet as a Campaign Manager for Danmark Læser. Rikke Lind then moved on to join the Danish Red Cross as a Campaign Manager, where they held different roles including Campaign Leader and Innovation Consultant.

Most recently, Rikke Lind Andersson is serving as the Head of Engagement and Teamleader at Udenrigsministeriet since 2020. Throughout their career, they have showcased a strong skill set in engagement, leadership, campaign management, innovation, and fundraising.

Rikke Lind Andersson attended Copenhagen Business School from 1997 to 2003 where they earned a degree in International and Intercultural Management. In 2005 to 2006, they completed a Marketing/Marketing Management program at IAA - International Advertising Association. Later, in 2012 to 2013, Rikke enrolled in Meritlæreruddannelsen and obtained a degree as a Folkeskolelærer, specializing in Dansk, Samfundsfag, Psykologi, Pædagogik, and Didaktik. Rikke Lind received their high school diploma from Rysensteen Gymnasium between 1992 and 1996.
