Phoebe Collins is an Associate at the Ministry of Finance in Singapore, specializing in the Fiscal Policy Directorate since July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Policy Officer at the National Trades Union Congress from June 2020 to July 2021, where contributions focused on Economic and Social Policy.
