Amany Albannay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition within the UAE. Currently serving as the Human Resource Director at the Ministry of Education, Amany has previously held significant roles such as Director of Human Resources Recruiting and Head of Talent Acquisition in the same ministry. Amany's background includes serving as the Nationalization Manager and HR Nationalization Assistant Manager at Emirates NBD, along with foundational experience as an HR Trainee at RAK Airways. Additionally, Amany contributed to the United Arab Emirates University as the Public Relations Manager for the Human Resource Management Club and the Entrepreneurship Club.
