Esra'a Aladel has over a decade of educational experience, currently serving as a Science Teacher at Sukaina Preparatory Independent School for Girls within the Ministry of Education and Higher Education Qatar since September 2014. In this role, Esra'a Aladel focuses on preparing students for future academic challenges by fostering a love for learning and adapting instructional methods to diverse needs. Prior to this, Esra'a Aladel worked as a Consular Affairs Officer at The Embassy of Syria in Qatar for a year in 2013 and served as a Science Teacher at Alandalus Secondary Girls School from November 2010 to December 2012, where responsibilities included lesson planning and collaborative assessment strategies. Esra'a Aladel holds a B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Sciences from Jordan University of Science and Technology, earned between 2006 and 2010.
