MerLynne Byrne has extensive experience in program and organizational leadership within various ministries and nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Associate for Engagement at St. Martins by the Lake Episcopal Church since June 2015, MerLynne oversees volunteer engagement across multiple ministries, including Childrenā€™s Ministries and Youth Ministries. As a Staff Consultant with Ministry Architects since January 2018, MerLynne provides strategic planning and consulting to churches. Previous roles include Crisis Counselor and Volunteer Supervisor at Canvas Health and Director of Organizational Management at Homeworks for Students. MerLynne also held positions in communication and administration at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church and has a rich background in promoting children's programs through The Episcopal Church. Educational credentials include a Masterā€™s Degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Science in Child Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
