Francisco Navarro is an experienced diplomat currently serving at the Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de Panamá since January 2016, while also holding the position of Director of International Affairs at the Indonesian Embassy in Panamá since February 2011. Francisco Navarro obtained education from the Universidad Interamericana de Panamá.
