Marta Mulas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in economic and financial affairs. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor on External Debt Management and International Financing, as well as Senior Advisor on Climate Finance at the Ministerio de Economía, Comercio y Empresa since September 2020, Marta has also held significant roles as a Board Member at the Green Climate Fund, Committee Member at the Climate Investment Funds, and Council Member at the Global Environment Facility from September 2020 to August 2023. Previously, Marta advised the Executive Director at the International Monetary Fund and served as a Senior Advisor on G20 and IMF issues at the Ministerio de Asuntos Económicos y Transformación Digital. Marta's early career includes senior advisory roles within the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the CNMC. Educational qualifications include a Técnico Comercial y Economista del Estado from the High Corps of Spanish State Economists and Trade Experts, alongside advanced studies in Economics from various prestigious institutions, including Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and University of Missouri-Columbia.
