Iram Cook-Monie is a seasoned professional in customer success, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Minimum since September 2024. Previously, Iram held the same title at Mosaic Smart Data from May 2022 to September 2024, focusing on transforming big data into revenue opportunities within FICC markets. Prior experience includes leadership in customer success roles at Orbital Witness, where Iram developed the customer success function as the first hire, and as an Enterprise Sales Representative at PatSnap, cultivating key client relationships. Iram began the career as a Project Manager at High Fliers Research Limited, coordinating a research pilot at Imperial College London. Iram holds a BSc ARCS in Biological Sciences from Imperial College London.
