Kelsie McConnell possesses a strong background in human resources, having held various positions including Administrative Assistant and Human Resources Generalist at Miniat Holdings LLC since May 2021. Prior to this, Kelsie served as a Human Resources Generalist at Fronius USA for a brief period in late 2020 and as a Human Resources Specialist and Intern at Albanese Confectionery Group, Inc. from January 2019 to November 2020. Kelsie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Purdue University Northwest, completed in 2019, and is a graduate of Crown Point High School, class of 2016.
