Clay Helton has extensive experience in pharmacy operations and management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Mini Pharmacy since June 2019. Helton has also held various roles within the organization, including Operations Manager and Production Manager. Additionally, Clay has been a Consulting Analyst at CSJSBC LLC since October 2017. Prior to these positions, Helton worked as the Regional Operations Manager at MedPlus LTC Pharmacy from February 2018 to January 2021, as the Back Pharmacy Operations Manager at Modern Health LTC from November 2014 to December 2017, and as the OPS Director at Omnicare from January 2005 to July 2014.
