Xirui Xu

Junior Account Manager at MING Labs

Xirui Xu has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2010 as Creative Director Assistant at Harper's Bazaar. In this role, Xirui was responsible for introducing a new column on fashion bloggers and independently completing the first two articles from interviewing to editing. Xirui also contributed to monthly editorial meetings with creative ideas and wrote and translated for the fashion news column for six issues. In 2011, Xirui joined Moiselle Group as a Brand Executive and Management Trainee. As a Brand Executive, Xirui made annual marketing plans based on sales target, budget and marketing options and achieved sales growth by 30%-150% with an assortment of events, including in-store VIP events to large scale fashion shows. As a Management Trainee, Xirui met with individual sales target on the three months Sales Consultant role and supported stores to achieve sales goal by diving product performance and optimizing assortment through KPI on the three months Merchandiser role. In 2017, Xirui joined Xijiao Training Institute as an English Language Trainer. In 2018, Xirui joined New Oriental Education & Technology Group as an English Language Trainer. Most recently, in 2019, Xirui joined MING Labs as a Junior Account Manager.

Xirui Xu studied at the University of Science and Technology Beijing from 2005 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Chemistry. From 2009 to 2012, they attended the Beijing Institute of Clothing Technology, where they obtained a Master of Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design. Finally, from 2015 to 2016, they attended OCAD University to study Art History, Criticism and Conservation.
