Mr. CHING Chi Fai, aged 59, is an Executive Director and Chairman of the Company since 2007. He is the chairman of the Nomination Committee, the Executive Committee and the Investment Committee of the Company, a member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company, and a director of certain subsidiaries of the Company. Mr. CHING Chi Fai is also a founder of the Group. He has been responsible for sales and marketing, production of the products, and the formulation of the overall corporate direction and business strategies of the Group. Mr. CHING Chi Fai has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality supplies industry. Mr. CHING Chi Keung is the brother of Mr. CHING Chi Fai and Mr. CHING Tsun Wah is the son of Mr. CHING Chi Fai.
