Juan Camilo Santa has extensive work experience in the finance field. Juan Camilo is currently the Head of Corporate Finance at Mineros S.A., a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at the company from August 2019 to September 2022.

Before joining Mineros S.A., Juan worked as the Financial and Commercial Director at Agroinversiones La Cosecha SAS, an entrepreneurship venture, from January 2016 to August 2019.

Juan Camilo also held positions at Argos USA, where they served as the Regional Finance Director (Treasury) for the US region from June 2014 to January 2016, and at Cementos Argos, where they were the Regional Finance Coordinator for the Caribbean region from March 2013 to May 2014.
