Ram is responsible for leading the Engineering Teams and Overall Operations for India at MineralTree. He ensures delivery of high quality products and features through a high performing team, cutting edge technologies and the culture of innovation.

Prior to MineralTree, Ram has led Product Development, Solution Architecture and Software Engineering functions at various organizations including Capillary, Oracle, Volvo, GE and Accenture. He has also been instrumental in setting up Offshore Development Centers for these companies. Ram has exposure to different cultures from working in 9 countries.
