Aditya Jha is an experienced hydrologist and water resources engineer with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Principal Water Engineer at Mineral Resources Limited since January 2024, Aditya previously held the role of Senior Hydrologist at Rio Tinto from August 2021 to December 2023, along with a position as Specialist Hydrologist. Prior positions include roles at WorkPac and WSP in Australia, focusing on hydrological assessments, flood modelling, and water resource management. Aditya's expertise includes extensive work on technical lead and reviews for various engineering projects, with a significant background at Golder Associates and the Water & Rivers Commission. Aditya holds a Doctor of Engineering in Water Resources Engineering from the Asian Institute of Technology, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
