Samir Ziane Valle is a Chief Legal Officer with over 15 years of experience as a corporate lawyer in multinational companies across the mining, energy, and industrial sectors, both in Peru and abroad. Currently serving at Minera Chinalco Perú S.A. since 2011, Samir previously held positions as Director of Legal Affairs at Gildan and Regional Division Lead Lawyer for Siemens. Samir holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a master's degree in Mining Law from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, and is trilingual in Spanish, French, and English.
