Board of Directors, Mindyra. Dave is recently retired. He was the previous owner and CEO of SIGCO, Inc., New England’s largest architectural glass and metal fabricator. Prior to purchasing SIGCO in the late 1990’s, Dave had been CFO and Treasurer of Rogers, Lunt, and Bowlen Company. Dave is a graduate of Swarthmore College and received his MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College. He served on the Board of Swarthmore for four years.
