Ajay Dasari has worked in the recruitment and sales industry since 2005. Ajay began their career at Charter Global as a Sr. Technical Resource Manager in 2005. In 2006, they moved to QAxis Inc as a Recruitment Manager. Since 2009, they have served as the General Manager (Recruitments & Sales) at Mindwave Solutions, Inc.

Ajay Dasari received a B. Tech degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
