Marcel Schadt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Mindverse since January 2024, Marcel also co-founded HashGuild in January 2022, a leading NFT infrastructure provider on Hedera, successfully raising over 600k in early-stage investments. Previously, as a co-founder of Colossio, Marcel was instrumental in developing software to help businesses recruit young tech talent through gaming, leading the Growth and Customer Relations department. As CMO and co-founder of LBG, Marcel played a key role in establishing the organization as the largest pupil esports tournament in the DACH region. Additional experience includes internships in business innovation and business development, along with a strong educational background with dual degrees in International Business Studies from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht and Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
