Craig Ortiz has worked in the IT industry since 2010. Craig began their career at Automation Absolute LLC as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In 2018, they moved to TechnoBrains IT Solution Private Limited as a Senior Sales Manager. Later that year, they joined MindTech Consultancy as Manager of Sales & Marketing. Most recently, in 2020, they began working at TechnoBrains Business Solutions as a Business Consultant.

Craig Ortiz received a Master of Technology degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Virginia in 2005, having started their studies there in 2002.
