Blayne Gregory is an experienced leader in learning experience design, currently serving as the Director of Learning Experience Design and Consulting at MindSpring since March 2021. In this role, Blayne manages a core team of instructional designers and oversees additional contract designers to enhance client engagement and fulfill key performance indicators. Prior to this, Blayne held positions as Instructional Design Team Lead/Project Success Manager at MindSpring, Senior Instructional Designer at Haworth, and Performance Improvement Manager at Workforce Strategies Inc. Blayne's educational background includes a Master's degree in Organizational Behavioral Management from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kalamazoo College, along with certifications in E-Learning Instructional Design from the University of California, Irvine.
