Lija Maymadathil has extensive experience in communication consulting and account management within the advertising industry. Currently serving as Head of Henkel and a member of the executive board at Mindshare since November 2019, Lija previously held significant roles at Vizeum from December 2012 to November 2019, including Director Communication Consultant and Group Head Communication Consulting. Prior experience includes positions at PHD Germany as a Senior Account Executive and at DAVINCI Selectwork as a Junior Communication Manager. Lija holds a degree in law (2. Staatsexamen) from the University of Münster and furthered education at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management.
