Margot Stroop serves as the Creative Director at Mindport Exhibits since 2019 and co-owns Etolin Point Salmon while also working as a commercial fisherman. Margot has held the position of Adjunct Professor at Western Washington University until July 2024 and has been an active vendor member at the Bellingham Farmers Market, selling handcrafted kitchen linens and silk scarves. Margot is the President of the Board of Directors at margotbianca, which focuses on traditional batik fabrics, and has contributed as a Cultural Education Instructor for Anacortes Public School District. Margot's previous roles include being a Commissioner for the Bellingham Arts Commission and an adjunct faculty member at Dona Ana Community College. With degrees in fine art and printmaking from New Mexico State University and Walla Walla University, Margot has a rich background in art education and practice.
