Michael Hite is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in leadership positions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President & General Manager at Mindoula since February 2024, Hite previously held the role of President at Shearwater Health from October 2022 to January 2024. Prior to that, Hite was Chief Transformation Officer at Pendrick Healthcare Partners, where the focus was on innovating revenue cycle management for healthcare payments. Hite's experience also includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Alteon Health and Senior Vice President at UnitedHealth Group following its acquisition of The Advisory Board Company. Hite has held various leadership roles in health systems and hospitals earlier in the career, including Chief Executive Officer at Lock Haven Hospital and Chief Operating Officer at Chestnut Hill Health System. Hite's educational background comprises an MBA from the University of Maryland, a Master of Science in Health Care Administration, and a Registered Nursing degree, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Boston University.
