Shailza Dwivedi has worked for three companies in their career. Shailza started at Elsevier India in 2015 as a master copy editor. In 2018, they moved to Aptara as an Associate Project Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Mindmatrix as a Client Success Manager, Strategic Enablement.

Shailza Dwivedi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR from Jaipur National University. Additionally, they are an Inbound Marketing Certified professional from HubSpot, which they obtained in March 2022.
