Niketa Kou is a dedicated laboratory assistant at Pomona College's Decision Neuroscience Lab, where data is collected for research on brain processes. As TASA President, Niketa organized successful cultural events involving multiple APIDA clubs, enhancing community engagement. Experience as a choreographer and performer in the Pomona College Dance Department includes developing teamwork and creative skills. Niketa serves as a certified Mindleaps dance trainer and researcher, utilizing a psychological tracker for at-risk youth. Additional roles include volunteering with ACEing Autism, providing college advising through Matriculate, and interning in health settings at Concordia Language Villages and NYU Langone Hospital. Niketa's background also encompasses assisting in physical therapy at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center, volunteering for injury prevention, and managing marketing efforts for RKZ Creative. Niketa is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Pomona College, following a high school diploma from Shanghai High School International Division.
