With a diverse background in sales and real estate, Merritt has also held the role of Real Estate Broker at Cana Development since June 2008. Prior experience includes positions such as Director of Sales and Senior Account Executive at Teleosoft, Business Development & Operations Strategist at Growth Solutions Team, and Manager of Government & Legal Services at File & ServeXpress. Merritt's legal career began with clerking for judges in the Maryland Circuit Court and includes experience at LexisNexis File & Serve and Butler, McKeon & Associates. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Business minor from Villanova University.
