Tom Oristian is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Mindful since March 2022, Tom previously held the position of CTO at CALLPROMISE, focusing on callback solutions for the call center industry from 2013 to December 2020. Tom also owned and developed Decogram Corporation, contributing to web and mobile technology solutions from 2009 to December 2020, and co-founded Lucyphone to address consumer frustrations related to waiting on hold in 2009. Earlier experience includes work as a consultant at Amentra and as a freelance software consultant, alongside a role as Project Manager and Systems Engineer in the US Air Force. Tom holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
