Tim Booker has held various positions in the IT and staffing industry since 1987. Tim began their career at IBM as a Business Consultant/Project Manager. In 1992, they became the Regional Vice President of Operations at SMCI, where they were responsible for the startup and development of four offices, with a staff of 95, and $8 million in revenue. In 1997, they moved to Robert Half as the Regional Vice President of Consulting Services, where they were responsible for the startup and development of the Consulting Services Division with the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Tim managed 26 offices in 8 states, sales and recruiting staff of over 125, a consultant staff of 700, and an excess of $80 million in annual revenue. Finally, in 2001, they became the President & CEO of MindFinders, Inc., where they were responsible for all corporate functions of the consulting firm providing staffing solutions and total management service to Federal government and commercial clients.
Tim Booker obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from the University of Maryland between 1984 and 1989.
