Shalini Menon currently serves as Vice President at Mindcurv since January 2020, following a lengthy tenure at Wipro Limited from March 2000 to January 2020, where roles included Delivery Head of the Consumer Business Unit and Delivery Manager, focusing on delivery management and customer satisfaction for a major retail client. Prior experience includes positions as Program Manager, Project Manager, and progression from Software Engineer to Project Lead. Shalini began their professional career as a Junior Research Fellow at DRDO in Bangalore. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology, attained between 1994 and 1998.
