Hemant Nerurkar serves as the Chairman of MindCraft Software Pvt. Ltd. since October 2002, focusing on exploring international business opportunities, particularly in the US market. As the President & CEO of MindCraft America, Inc. since October 2010, Hemant has been concentrating on product development, integration, and cloud infrastructure support services for US-based FinTech startups. Previously, Hemant held the position of Director at Decision Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd. and Principal at JanTech Consultants, alongside consulting roles at AT&T Capital Corporation and AC Neilsen. Hemant began a career in technical management at Cap Gemini America, working on software development projects at various Bell Labs locations. Hemant holds a Master of Science in Electronic Communications from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from SDM College of Engineering & Technology.
