Kate Holly has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Kate is currently working as an Integration Coach at Mindbloom since January 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Yoga and Stress Reduction Instructor at Legacy Health starting from April 2019. Kate Holly also has experience as a Founder at Kate Holly Coaching since October 2017. Moreover, they founded Yoga Refuge in March 2014 and served as the Founder until October 2020. Kate gained experience as a Co Artistic Director at PORTLAND EXPERIMENTAL THEATRE ENSEMBLE from June 2010 to March 2014 and at Fever Theater from September 2002 to June 2010. Additionally, Kate Holly worked as a Yoga instructor at Root Whole Body from June 2010 to January 2014 and as a Yoga Instructor at Multnomah Athletic Club from April 2004 to January 2014. Overall, Kate Holly has demonstrated their passion for coaching, yoga, and the arts through their varied work experiences.
Kate Holly obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater and Media Studies from The Evergreen State College, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Kate then went on to pursue a Master of Fine Arts degree in Contemporary Performance/Theater at Naropa University from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Kate has also obtained certifications in various fields. Kate completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program at The Movement Center in June 2003, followed by a 300-hour Yoga Therapy Training program at DAYA Foundation Yoga in February 2016. Most recently, in November 2018, they obtained the certification of a Certified Master Life Coach from Awaken Your Life.
