Lucinda Shaw PCC has over 9 years of work experience in various coaching and leadership roles. Lucinda is currently working as an Executive Recruitment Consultant at Eastside People since September 2021. Prior to this, Lucinda worked as a Therapeutic Coach at Lucinda Shaw Coaching, where they helped clients overcome challenges using their skills and the message "If you can't fly, climb." Continuing their education in coaching, Lucinda obtained a Certificate in Professional Coaching Skills (Part 1 Diploma) from Coaching Development, London, in 2016 after studying there from 2015 to 2016.
