Lucinda Shaw PCC has over 9 years of work experience in various coaching and leadership roles. In 2006, Lucinda pursued a National Certificate in Workplace Mediation from The TCM Group. Lucinda completed the program in the same year.

Continuing their education in coaching, Lucinda obtained a Certificate in Professional Coaching Skills (Part 1 Diploma) from Coaching Development, London, in 2016 after studying there from 2015 to 2016. In the same year, they also attained a Leadership in Management qualification from The Leadership Trust.

In 2018, Lucinda earned a Certificate in Team, Systems, and Group Coaching from Coaching Development. This program was completed in 2018.

Lucinda further enhanced their coaching skills in 2020 by enrolling in Coaching Development for Advanced Coaching Skills, where they studied until 2021. Additionally, in the same year, they acquired the knowledge of Coaching the Childhood Story through a course offered by Dialogix Ltd.
