Ana Candeias has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ana started their career as a Human Resources Consultant at Elevus Lisboa in 2007. Ana then worked as a Business Development Outsourcing & IT RS / HR Manager at GlobalExperts in 2008. From 2009 to 2012, they served as a Business Manager and Team Manager at Mind Source - Grupo Setcom. In 2012, they joined Syone SBS Software as a Strategic Account Manager. Ana went on to found Successful People & Organizations in 2013, where they served as the Founder & Managing Director until 2015. From 2014 to 2016, Ana worked as an HR Business Partner and Relationship Manager / Account Manager - Digital Payments at SIBS. In 2018, they became a Senior Manager at Mind Source and then transitioned to the role of Business Director in 2019. In 2020, Ana founded My Natural Botanics and took on the roles of Founder, Botanical Candle Designer, and E-commerce Manager. Ana also joined Mind Source as a Member of the Management Committee in 2020. Currently, Ana is the Product Director - Product Strategy & Development at Mind Source, leading 2 Product Teams and overseeing the development of SaaS products such as Upreciate and Omnichannel Insights 360.
