Hannahrose Laidlaw currently serves as the Professional Learning Operations Lead and previously held the role of Professional Learning Specialist at MIND Education since July 2021, contributing to a mission focused on enhancing mathematical problem-solving skills through innovative educational programs. Prior experience includes a five-year tenure at Achievement First, where roles encompassed Second Grade Teacher, Grade Level Leader, Math Coach, Curriculum Writer, and Assistant Dean Of Students. Additional experience includes serving as a Corps Member Coach for Teach For America, a Lead First Grade Teacher at Democracy Prep Public Schools, and a Corps Member for Teach For America. Hannahrose Laidlaw holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from The Catholic University of America, with concentrations in Pre-Law and Criminal Justice.
