Nicola Whitson is an experienced operations manager currently serving at Mind since March 2022, with responsibilities in planning, governance, and infrastructure, as well as office and volunteer management. Prior to this role, Nicola worked at RWS Group from August 2019 to March 2022 as a Senior Translation Line Manager, following the acquisition of SDL by RWS Group in 2020. Prior experience includes positions as both Translation Line Manager and Translation Administrative Coordinator at SDL plc from July 2015 to August 2019. Nicola holds a Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages, specializing in German, French, and Dutch, from The University of Sheffield, earned between 2011 and 2015.
