Dale Parker currently serves as Company Secretary at Mind Australia Limited, a position held since July 2019. Prior to this role, Dale was a Customer Journeys Risk Partner at National Australia Bank, overseeing risk in change initiatives. Previous experience includes consulting on risk and ethics for a regional TAFE executive, leading Group Risk and Compliance at nib health funds, and providing risk management advice in various capacities at Suncorp Group. Dale holds a Master's degree in International Business and an MBA from Western Sydney University, along with certifications in Organizational Coaching and Leadership from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership and a Certificate in Governance and Risk from the Governance Institute of Australia.
