Our journey began in July 2022 when our CEO joined the staff of a senior luxury residence. It was there that she had the pleasure of meeting an esteemed elderly woman named Elizabeth, affectionately known to everyone as Ms. Mimi. While working under her care, she witnessed the challenges associated with subpar senior services. This experience prompted me to reflect: What if this were my own mother? How could I be certain of her well-being when I'm not by her side? The unsettling answer became clear – you wouldn't.
