Chen Lin-McPherson is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading technical teams and projects. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Mimecast since February 2023, Chen has held similar roles at IG Group from 2018 to 2023, where responsibilities included Team Lead and Technical Specialist. Prior positions include Lead Software Architect and Java Team Lead at Dell EMC, as well as Server Side Java Team Lead at OpTier. Chen's career began in military intelligence, working as a Team Leader and Programmer in Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 81. Chen holds a Master’s degree in Law from Bar-Ilan University, an MBA from Tel Aviv University, and a BSc in Math and Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University.
