Previously, Matthias held various leadership roles, including Member of the Management Board and Sales Leader at Wipro, where responsibility encompassed the Fullstride Cloud Business Line in Switzerland. At Cognizant, Matthias advanced revenue growth in digital and classic IT services while managing the commercial organization in Switzerland. Other notable positions include leadership roles at DXC Technology, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and NNIT, demonstrating a strong track record in driving business development, strategic outsourcing, and building successful sales teams across the IT sector. Matthias holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau.
