Maxim De Smedt started their work experience in 2016 as a Quality Control Analyst at La William. In 2019, they joined MIM Software Inc. as a Workflow Services Engineer and then progressed to the role of Workflow Services Engineer II in 2020. Currently, they are the Workflow Team Lead for the EU Market at MIM Software Inc.

Maxim De Smedt completed their Bachelor's degree in Bioscience Engineering at KU Leuven from 2013 to 2017. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Health Engineering at the same institution from 2017 to 2019.
