Jackie Kresic is a Clinical Implementation Specialist at MIM Software Inc. since January 2022, with prior experience as a Skyliner Operator at Walt Disney World and Project Manager roles at STERIS and Case Western Reserve University. As a Project Manager Team Lead at Case Western Reserve University, Jackie researched and developed a biomedical device to monitor seizures, adhering to FDA design processes and effectively motivating a team through challenges. Additional experience includes a Product and Technical Marketing Internship at Volk Optical Inc., where Jackie created training materials and revised product manuals, and a role as a Student Researcher at the Functional Electrical Stimulation Lab, focusing on remote augmented reality for amputee therapies. Earlier internships also provided skills in project management and customer education. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
