Felicia McCant is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in the retail and fulfillment industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Milwaukee Tool since September 2023, Felicia previously held multiple leadership roles at Nike, including General Manager and Director of Digital Fulfillment, from April 2013 to June 2023. Felicia's earlier career includes significant positions at Target, where responsibilities encompassed operations management from March 2005 to February 2013. Felicia earned a Bachelor's degree from Albany State University between 1994 and 2000, and additional education was pursued at Michigan State University.
