Brian Miller is a seasoned expert in customer experience and design research, currently serving as Principal Design Research in the Advanced Engineering Group at Milwaukee Tool since October 2023. Brian also leads research and insights at Millersights LLC, providing independent CX/UX research for notable clients in banking, technology, and automotive sectors. Previously, Brian held key leadership roles including Global Customer Experience Research Lead at C.H. Robinson, Vice President of Marketing Innovation at Fidelity Investments, and Senior Director at Publicis Sapient, where leadership of a 30+ researcher team was instrumental in delivering high-quality consumer insights. Brian's extensive experience encompasses roles at Telenav, Jawbone, Electronic Ink, SapientNitro, and Sparks, showcasing a robust background in ethnographic and user research that drives innovation and enhances customer experiences. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Marketing from Babson College, complemented by a supervised independent study in Cultural Anthropology.
