Anne Winter is an experienced talent technology leader currently serving as Director of Talent Technology at Milwaukee Tool since December 2019, overseeing teams responsible for Workday, LMS, talent acquisition technology, and related systems. Prior experience includes roles at Milwaukee Tool from 2011 to 2019 as Manager of Digital Training and eLearning Ecosystem Manager, as well as a Project Manager/Consultant at CERTPOINT from 2008 to 2011, where responsibility encompassed LMS implementation and project management. Earlier career experience at Milwaukee Electric Tool Corp. involved managing learning and performance development projects and overseeing LMS and software migrations from 1998 to 2008. Additionally, in a prior role as Marketing Director at Horizon's Art from 1987 to 1998, Anne Winter established marketing strategies and handled corporate art needs.
