Amy Rainey, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR management across various industries. Currently serving as Plant Human Resources Manager at Milwaukee Electric Tool since June 2013, Amy oversees all HR functions for the manufacturing plant. Additionally, as Director of HR at Kele, Inc. since September 2011, Amy leads comprehensive HR operations, including compliance and organizational development. Prior experience includes roles as Corporate HR Manager at ServiceMaster supporting finance and communications, and as HR Generalist for American Home Shield, where responsibilities included staffing the North American sales force. Amy started an HR career at Marsh as an HR Generalist. Amy holds degrees from The University of Memphis and Christian Brothers University.
