Andrew McNeal, Jr., MBA, currently serves as the Information Technology Manager at Milton Area School District, where responsibilities include enhancing student learning through media technology, addressing hardware and software issues, and developing district-wide training processes. Additionally, Andrew holds the position of Head Boys Varsity Tennis Coach and has experience as a substitute employee in the technology department. Andrew recently completed a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and is pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Public Administration at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Prior educational achievements include a degree in Supply Chain Management and Information Technology Analytics from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
