Julien Den Ouden is the current MD of Milrem Robotics Netherlands. Julien has previous experience working as a Manager Ambulance Dienst, Program officer Robotics and Autonomous Systems Netherlands Army, Parkmanager, and Facilitair manager. Julien has also served in the Royal Netherlands Army and Royal Netherlands Army Special Forces.

Julien Den Ouden attended KMA RMT and HBO University.

Their manager is Kuldar Väärsi, CEO. They are on a team with Markku Rautio - MD, Milrem Robotics Finland, Gert Hankewitz - Export Director, and Michael Krutina - Chief Sales Officer.
