Kelsea Adair Ullrich is a seasoned fashion designer with a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from Marist College and additional education from Istituto Lorenzo de'​ Medici. Ullrich currently serves as a Senior Designer at MILLY, a role held since April 2023. Prior experience includes positions as a Designer at INTERMIX from December 2018 to April 2023, and Associate Designer and Assistant Designer at The Natori Company from 2014 to 2018. Earlier in the career, Ullrich contributed as a Design Intern at Capelli New York and as a Volunteer Designer for Sisters On The Runway, while also gaining retail experience as a Retail Sales Associate at Abercrombie & Fitch from 2010 to 2012.
