Noelle Loomis-Hilbert serves as the Human Resources Director at Millworks By Design since July 2020, where responsibilities include strategy, management, and compliance of HR functions as a member of the Executive Director Team. Previous experience includes roles such as Senior Human Resources Manager at Strategic Acquisitions, overseeing HR for 150 employees, and Human Resources Manager at Applied LNG, where policy management and compliance were key tasks. Additionally, Noelle held HR positions at Estify, ACS- American Community School Cobham, Law Offices of Jan Loomis, and Hertz, accumulating a comprehensive background in HR practices across various industries. Academic credentials include current pursuit of an MSHR at Penn State University and advanced certificates in Human Resources from Loyola Marymount University and California State University, Long Beach, along with a Bachelor of Arts from Wittenberg University.
